When you contact us via email or phone, we collect information such as order number, name, phone number, postal address and e-mail for the purpose of answering the questions you have and to handle your case. If your question concerns a complaint, we will process your data in order to fulfill our obligations under current consumer legislation.

PAYMENT SOLUTIONS: In order to be able to take payment, handle invoices and payments, we share information with Klarna. Klarna collectr personal data about you in connection with payment. SHIPPING COMPANY: To be able to complete the purchase agreement and deliver your order, our shipping companies also take part the personal data required to complete and deliver your order.
