In order to make a purchase on johanochnystrom.se, you must be 18 years old and have a valid Swedish ID document. If you are under 18 years old need you one consent to your purchase from guardian. By placing an order at johanochnystrom.se, you agree to the terms and conditions published at the time according to below and certify that the information you provide about yourself is correct.

ORDERING 

Ordering is done at johanochnystrom.se. If you have questions about how to order, please call our customer service on 08 530 22 440 or by email to webshop@johanochnystrom.se. Completed order means that you approve ours purchase conditions and agree that we saves your personal data (see below). Purchase agreement happens when we have confirmed the order and sent an order confirmation to the email address you specified. 

We reserve the right to make corrections orders if delivery cannot take place for any reason, and if you have placed more orders, we reserve the right to merge your orders and deliver them in one package. If for some reason we at Johan & Nyström are unable to deliver your order, we will contact you immediately. Should this occur, we will offer you a new solution provided this is possible. 

If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, we want you to contact us immediately at 08 530 22 440 or by emailing to webshop@johanochnystrom.se. Change of order or cancellation of orders must be notified to Johan & Nyström before the order is packed. 

Johan & Nyström reserves the right to cancel the agreement in the event that the customer acted in bad faith due to inaccuracies that the customer knew or should have realized, such as incorrect information about price or quantity on the website. In the event that the cancellation clause is asserted, the customer is not entitled to damages or other compensation from Johan & Nyström.  


PRICES AND PRODUCT INFORMATION 

All prices are stated in Swedish SEK including VAT. Any shipping costs will be added, depending on which shipping option you choose. 

Any offers and campaigns that are marketed are valid while stocks last, unless other conditions are stated in connection with the offer. 

Johan & Nyström reserves the right for any errors in price and product information or otherwise on the website. In the event of any inaccuracies,let's go the right to correct this afterwards. We reserve the right for price adjustments, final sales, inventory differences, technical problems, changes to technical specifications and any typographical errors on our site or in our advertisements. 

Every products on the website are mainly adapted for it Swedish the market. This means, among other things, that the products meet Swedish environmental requirements and safety regulations. Normally included user manual on Swedish if required for Use of product. Any technical specifications, special requirements for accessory equipment as well as information about restrictions and sealings appear on the respective product page to the extent that it is necessary.

We use Shopify Payments including Klarna Checkout as a payment solution. See below which payment options are available.

Card payment via Shopify Payments

Secure card payment with VISA and MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. There are no extra credit card fees for you as a customer when you pay by card at johanochnystrom.se.

Credit card payments via Shopify Payemnts managed by Stripe and are certified and encrypted with AES-256. Shopify Payments uses 3D Secure when required by the issuing bank to properly authorize a transaction.

3D Secure is an extra layer of security for online credit and debit card transactions. It adds an authentication step for online payments by redirecting the user to the card issuer's domain and then back to the online store's domain to complete the payment.


Get first, pay later with Klarna

Invoice 

Payment against Klarna invoice with 14 days payment period. No invoice fee is added. The invoice is sent in connection with the order being sent from our warehouse. The billing address must be registered to you, i.e. your registered address. 

In the event of delayed payment, an additional fee is charged reminder fee SEK 60 and late payment interest per day. It is 24% plus the applicable reference rate. In the event of non-payment, the case is forwarded to one of Klarna's debt collection companies and statutory debt collection fees are added. 

Partial payment 

You can partially pay your invoice via Klarna account. Pay in installments from 1/24 of the order amount, but at least SEK 50 a month. You can pay off the entire remaining debt at any time. Your account with Klarna will then be automatically closed. Complete terms and conditions can be found at Klarna. 

Klarna Direct 

With Klarna Direkt, you easily pay directly at the checkout with your mobile bank ID. The money is withdrawn 1-2 days after we ship your goods. Activate the service by logging in to klarna.se and registering your account. 

Credit check and personal data processing at Klarna

Klarna Checkout presents certain information to you as soon as you are identified. When a credit report is taken, your identity is verified using the information you have provided in order to evaluate your creditworthiness. Credit information taken by Klarna are not visible to other banks or lenders and do not affect your credit rating in any way.  

Klarna takes innot any credit report on you when you: 

  • Registering to use Klarna
  • Collecting Klarna-the app. 

Klarna takes a credit report, which does not affect your credit rating, when you: 

  • Choose to “pay later”, within 14 days 
  • Apply for the Klarna card
  • Using "Klarna Direkt" 
  • Choose to “split” your payment
  • Prefer to "pay in month X" 

If a credit report is taken, you will receive a copy of the credit report via email or letter. 

Personal data is handled in accordance with current legislation. Klarna processes personal data for the purpose of carrying out customer analysis, identification, credit control and marketing. Social security number is used as customer number for customer management purposes.

PERSONAL DATA

In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your data with the aim of completing and providing the service you can expect from us. Johan & Nyström is responsible for the data being stored and processed in agreement with data protection regulation. 

The information you provide about yourself is used by Johan & Nyström and our partners for payment and delivery as well as for marketing purposes from Johan & Nyström's side.
