We love coffee.
And we want you to feel the same. We are the big little coffee roastery driven by the desire to make the coffee tastier, more exciting and better. We roast coffee that challenges both the industry and ourselves, every day. And we can do so thanks to our long-term and close relationships with some of the best coffee producers in the world. People who are as dedicated as we are. Who also know how important the ecosystem is for the quality and the future.
The result is better coffee, for everyone.
Welcome to
Our roasting
The fact that the quality of the raw coffee is important is clear, but equally important for a good cup is how it is roasted. Carefully and patiently are two key words for the flavors to have a chance to develop properly. Picking out the best taste from each bean is a true craft. Each coffee has its unique best way to get really good and it can differ from harvest to harvest. Our rust master tests and copper (the term for tasting in coffee) and tests and copper over and over, until the rust profile sits.
We are very proud of our roastery that was ready in 2017. It is actually one of Europe's most modern special coffee rosteries! Here you will find large and small roasts, with direct connection to the raw saucepan at one end and the packing machines in the other.
