The Comandante C40 MK4 is an icon among hand grinders, renowned for its precision, durability and exceptional cup quality. At its heart are the patented Nitro Blade® burrs, made from Comandante’s own Nitro Rex® steel, developed specifically for specialty coffee. The result is outstanding grind consistency and remarkable flavour clarity, from espresso to coarse filter brews.
The grinder features a robust stainless-steel core, finished with a fine veneer of 100% natural Virginia walnut. Each grinder is truly unique, showcasing its own individual grain. The wood surface is carefully sanded, polished and finished by hand using food-safe oils and waxes for a smooth feel and long-lasting beauty.
The MK4 generation brings improved internal stability, a refined grind adjustment system and increased capacity. Built for everyday use - and made to last for generations.
