Recipe: Cold Brew

Cold Brew is a cold brewing method that has literally exploded in popularity in recent years. And the best part is that it's so easy to make yourself! All you need is a little patience since the brewing time is 12 hours, but then you'll have a wonderfully refreshing drink!

  • 55g coffee
  • 750g cold water
  • Ice for serving
  1. Use a Hario cold brew bottle.
  2. Grind the coffee beans coarsely if using whole beans - which is always our recommendation. However, Cold Brew is a forgiving brewing method, so if you only have pre-ground coffee, it will work too.
  3. Place the coffee in the filter and fill the bottle with water, through the filter.
  4. Tightly screw the lid and let it steep for 12 hours in the refrigerator.
  5. Remove the filter with the coffee.
  6. Serve in glasses with ice.
