Recipe: Iced Matcha Latte

Cool, refreshing, and naturally vibrant – an Iced Matcha Latte is the perfect way to stay calm and collected when the temperature rises.

You’ll need:
  • 1,5 g Modest Matcha
  • 10 g cold water (optional, to reduce lumps)
  • 30 g hot water (approx. 80 °C)
  • 120 g cold milk of any kind – oat is our favourite

  • Chasen Whisk
  • Ice for serving
Method:
  • Prepare the matcha – Add 1,5 g matcha directly to the glass or cup you’ll serve in. Add 10 g cold water (optional) and mix to a paste. Add 30 g hot water and whisk until smooth and frothy.
  • Fill with ice – Use plenty of ice to keep the drink chilled and balanced.
  • Assemble the drink – Top the whisked matcha with 120 g cold milk and stir gently. Want it extra frothy? Pour everything into a shaker, give it a good shake, and serve over ice.
