YOU WILL NEED
- 4-5 cl espresso
- 15 cl tonic
- Ice for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare a double shot of espresso and let it cool slightly.
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Add tonic to the glass.
- Pour the espresso into the glass slowly - tonic tends to react to the espresso and may foam up.
- Twist a lemon peel and rub along the rim to release all the flavour and aromas, then use for decoration!
