Recipe: Iced Mocha

Iced mocha is like a little symphony of rich chocolate and smooth espresso. This drink, with its creamy blend of chocolate and coffee, is perfectly balanced and reaches perfection when served over ice.

  • 4-5 cl espresso - e.g., Fundamental or Bob-o-link
  • 10 g dark chocolate
  • A pinch of salt
  • 15 cl of your preferred milk
  • Ice for serving
  1. Make a double espresso.
  2. Mix the espresso, chocolate, and salt at the bottom of a glass.
  3. Stir thoroughly.
  4. Fill the glass with ice.
  5. Top it up with milk.
